Shooting Sports
The Alaska 4-H Shooting Sports Program uses the 4-H Thriving Model of Positive Youth
Development to provide instruction on the safe and responsible use of firearms and
archery equipment. 4-H promotes the sporting tradition, conservation, environmentally
friendly and ethically responsible outdoor pursuits and develops youths' life skills
to meet the societal demands of the 21st century.

2025 Shooting Sports Quiz Bowl
The Quiz Bowl questions will be open starting at 8 a.m. on Friday, May 23 until 5 p.m. on Friday, May 30. Please email Shooting Sports Coordinator Alyssa Martin (aamartin6@alaska.edu) to let her know of your intent to compete. She will email you the link.

30 questions for Juniors (ages 9-11)
50 questions for Intermediates and Seniors ages (12-18)
The winners will be announced on June 2!
