Update links to student registration information

Several pages on the 性欲社 website will be removed, as their information has been moved to new locations.
- Information from the Student Handbook can now be found at:
- Information from the Registration Guide can now be found at: /reg/records-registration/
If you have bookmarks or links to the old pages, please update them to the new sites to maintain access to the information. The old website pages will be removed on Monday, June 23.
